Three teenagers were shot in the back in a Brooklyn housing project early Wednesday morning, cops said.Police were called to the Louis Armstrong Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant about 4:30 a.m. after neighbors reported hearing gunfire on the third floor.”I heard three or four shots,” said Linda Banks. “I was sleeping and woke up.”Two teenage boys were shot in their backs and a teenage girl was hit in the buttocks. The boys were taken to Kings County Hospital and the girl to Brookdale Medical Center. All are in stable condition, police said. The victims were 15 and 16 years old, authorities said.Police sources said a fourth person was hit by a bullet fragment and suffered minor injuries.Banks, a 55-year-old grandmother and longtime Armstrong tenant, said violence has become more widespread lately.”I’ve been there 21 years and it’s getting worse,” she said. “Kids that don’t even live in that building or that block are hanging out.”"We’ve been having some more shootouts lately,” she said.
